Home and Garden Tour Reception site for Douglas Keister

Southwood Park is about to have its moment in the spotlight!
 
On June 26, there will be a free lecture at First Missionary Church by Douglas Keister on “Storybook Style” architecture. Mr. Keister is the nation’s foremost historic architecture photographer. He has written 37 books, from “Painted Ladies” to Bungalows to vintage travel trailers. A book signing opportunity will follow the lecture.

 

Pollack Mansion, our reception siteThe lecture will be followed by a fundraiser reception and private home tour at the home of Nan and Angelo Possemato, 4310 Old Mill Road. This house , originally built for Robert and Louise Pollack by architect A.M. Strauss in 1937. The event is a fundraiser for Southwood Park and ARCH and will be catered by Hartley’s. Tickets for the event are $35 and reservations are available by calling ARCH at 427-5117. Please join us!
