Come to the Historic Southwood Park-ARCH Home and Garden Tour!

We have a full plate of Home Tour Events celebrating and sharing our neighborhood with Northeast Indiana. Please join us for a great Southwood Park weekend!

June 26th

• Take in a free early evening lecture by the publishers of American Bungalow Magazine focusing on historic neighborhoods like Southwood Park. The lecture takes place at the Unitarian Universalist Meeting House, 5310 Old Mill Road.
• Enjoy yourself at our Pre-Tour Party! Get an exclusive tour of the host’s home, at 1350 Westover Road, not on the Saturday tour! Brent LaCasce will entertain us with jazz piano. The Friendly Fox will cater the event and have a cash bar. Don’t miss it!

June 27th – 10am-4pm

• Tour 13 unique Historic Southwood Park homes on the following streets: Old Mill, Westover, Stratford, Beaver, Pasadena, Lexington, Maxine, Sherwood and Sunset. (Watch for Home Tour signs to sprout on Garage Sale weekend.)
• Day of event ticket sales will be on the Westover esplanade at the ARCH Ticket booth.
• There will be a Festival on the Westover esplanade. Bid on wonderful silent auction items! Dine at the food trucks! Shop at the Fort Wayne Museum of Art’s Paradigm Gallery popup shops! Watch a glass blowing demonstration by Eran Park!

• Tour tickets are $12 before the tour and $15 on the day of the tour.
• Pre-Tour party tickets are $20 each or four tickets for $60.
• Purchase Tour tickets and Pre-Tour Party tickets during the June 6th Garage Sales at the corner of Westover, Beaver, and Pasadena!
